GROUP COORDINATOR: This person should have strong organisation and communication skills. They will manage the group with support from CRSA and NHCC.

DEPUTY GROUP COORDINATOR: Support the Group Coordinator with leadership and administrative duties.

FUNDRAISING, MONEY AND BUDGETING: These group members facilitate fundraising efforts. They should have a knack for spreadsheets and feel comfortable with setting budgets.

ESSENTIAL REGISTRATIONS: Support the essential registrations. They should feel comfortable with completing forms and advocating for participants as they access essential services.

HOUSING AND BASIC NECESSITIES: Lead in securing safe and affordable housing and coordinate basic necessities.

HEALTH AND WELLBEING: Lead in orienting the household to the Australian healthcare system and connecting them with a local GP.

WELCOMING, LOCAL ORIENTATION & SOCIAL SUPPORT: Offer a warm welcome and provide an orientation to the local area, including transport support for initial outings, and empower participants to feel confident using public transport.

EDUCATION & LANGUAGE: Support participants in enrolments in school, tertiary and vocational programs and support the household with learning English.

EMPLOYMENT: Use their networks to help the refugee household secure employment in line with their short- and long-term employment goals.
